Hadley is a Northwest hunter/jumper trainer and instructor with a career that spans both sides of the in-gate. She competed at the junior levels herself — qualifying for the Maclay, Talent Search, and Thunderbird Good Seat and Hands — and has spent the decades since passing that same standard on to the next generation. Her program has produced competitors at the West Coast Finals and ASPCA Maclay Finals, a testament to what's possible when horsemanship and fundamentals come first.

Hadley is known for direct communication and a no-nonsense approach — you'll always know where your horse stands and what the path forward looks like. Integrity is at the core of how she trains and how she works with clients, whether their goal is the show ring or simply becoming a more confident, educated partnership.
